Plan, shop, prepare, cook
Michelle will come to you (Adelaide metro & Fleurieu Peninsula only), discuss your nutrition needs, develop a meal plan template and shopping list, visit your local shop or the central market and then show you how to prepare your food so that you can have delicious meals on your table every night of the week.
Total time 4 hours: $200 (May attract travel surcharge.)
